Risks & Liability
• The client acknowledges that trips and adventures involve natural risks such as weather conditions, rough terrain, and wildlife, and agrees to assume full personal responsibility for their participation.
• Trekcy Exploration Foundation bears no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, and the client must follow the guides' instructions to ensure their safety.
Public Decency & Conduct
• All participants must adhere to public decency and respect local traditions. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel the participation of any client who fails to maintain proper conduct, without refund.
• Causing harm to the natural environment is prohibited, and instructions for preserving natural and archaeological sites must be followed.
Trip Cancellations
• The Foundation reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, including weather conditions, government restrictions, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants.
• In the event of cancellation, the client is entitled only to a refund of the trip value, and the Foundation bears no additional costs.
Disclaimer of Liability
• The client acknowledges that all information provided is true and accurate, and bears sole responsibility for any inaccurate data.
• Trekcy Exploration Foundation is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or any damages resulting from misuse of equipment or instructions.
• Participation in the activities constitutes full agreement to these terms, and a waiver of any legal claims against the Foundation.
Photography & Media Usage
• The client agrees that they may be photographed during trips and adventures, and Trekcy Exploration Foundation retains the right to use these photos and videos for advertising and marketing across all of our platforms.
• If the client does not wish to appear in promotional photos or videos, they must inform the trip leader at the time.
Terms & Conditions Updates
• Trekcy Exploration Foundation reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, and clients are required to review updates before each trip.
• Continued use of Trekcy's services implies implicit consent to any future modifications.
Participant Conduct & Interaction
• Trekcy Exploration Foundation bears no legal or moral responsibility for any dispute or improper conduct occurring between participants during the trip.
• Interaction between participants is their own personal responsibility, and Trekcy Exploration Foundation is considered solely an organizing party.
• In the event of any dispute or misconduct, Trekcy Exploration Foundation reserves the right to immediately terminate the client's participation without refund.
Withdrawal from Activities
• Any absence from or withdrawal from an activity within the program results in cancellation of the client's participation in that entire day's activities, without any compensation or refund.
• Failure to follow the activity schedule, or leaving the site without prior coordination with the trip leader, releases the Foundation from any claims related to the program.
• Trekcy Exploration Foundation is not legally obligated to provide any commitments or compensation resulting from a client's delay or withdrawal for any personal reason.
Limitation of Liability
In the event Trekcy Exploration Foundation is found liable for any reason, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount paid for the trip only. The Foundation bears no indirect, moral, or other financial losses.
Group Responsibility
The trip leader is the primary authority responsible for managing the program, and participants must follow their instructions at all times. Any conduct that disrupts the trip or endangers the group's safety entitles Trekcy Exploration Foundation to immediately exclude the participant without compensation. The trip leader's judgment in the field is final, and any violation of it constitutes a breach of the participation terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Trekcy
At Trekcy, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy that ensures the best possible experience for adventure lovers, alongside our commitment to providing the highest levels of service.
- International Trips
Cancellation Policy
More than 45 days before the trip date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
30 to 44 days before the trip date: 70% refund of the trip value.
15 to 29 days before the trip date: 50% refund of the trip value.
Less than 15 days before the trip date: Non-refundable.
Modifications and Rescheduling
The trip date may be changed once free of charge, more than 30 days before the trip date, subject to availability.
Any additional modifications may be subject to fees depending on the nature of the trip and available alternatives.
Trekcy's Cancellation Guarantee
If Trekcy cancels the trip due to external factors (such as weather, government decisions, or unforeseen circumstances), customers will be offered two options:
Full refund.
Priority booking on an alternative trip with exclusive discounts on future trips.
No-Show Policy
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, the client is not entitled to any refund.
However, in emergency cases, we may offer a special discount on future trips at our discretion.
- Domestic Trips
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the trip date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
7 to 13 days before the trip date: 50% refund of the trip value.
Less than 7 days before the trip date: Non-refundable.
Modifications and Rescheduling
The trip may be rescheduled once free of charge, more than 7 days before its date, subject to availability.
Emergency modifications (less than 48 hours before) may be subject to trip flexibility fees to cover logistical costs.
Trekcy's Guarantee
If Trekcy cancels the trip, customers may choose between:
Full refund.
Priority rebooking, with additional perks such as free activities or exclusive discounts on future trips.
No-Show Policy
If the client does not show up on the trip date without prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund.
However, in some cases, we may offer a special credit toward a future trip at our discretion.
Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Trekcy's logos, images, advertising content, promotional materials, and website designs — including texts, graphics, photos, videos, and logos — are reserved to Trekcy Foundation and may not be used, distributed, modified, republished, or sold without prior written permission from the Foundation.
Trekcy grants its clients and activity participants the right to use photos and videos captured during the trips for personal purposes only. These materials may not be used for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes without prior written consent from Trekcy.
Trekcy is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and will not exchange, sell, or publish any personal data provided by clients or activity participants — including names, addresses, or any other contact information — except in cases required by law or where necessary to complete the agreed-upon services.
In the event that any of Trekcy's protected materials are used for commercial or advertising purposes without prior permission, the Foundation reserves the right to take the necessary legal action to protect its rights.
